The panel will discuss a variety of issues, concerns and possible solutions related to homelessness in the San Fernando Valley. The panel discussion will be followed by a question and answer period.

Discussion and possible action:

Motion for the Board to approve the Empower LA/ NC Event Form for the NC Poster Contest to be held on October 27, 2018. Funding for the Poster Contest has been previously approved by the Board as part of the WHWCNC 2018/2019 Budget.

The Poster Contest will take place during the Halloween Family Faire to be held at Woodland Hills Recreation Center, or similar venue, on October 27, 2018, sponsored by City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks, Councilmember Bob Blumenfield, West Valley Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Woodland Hi
