GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA – Comments from the public
on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board’s jurisdiction will be heard during
the General Public Comment period. Please note that under the Brown Act, the Board is prevented from
acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however, the
issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board meeting. Public comment
is limited to two (2) minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the Board.

For discussion and possible action:
1. Discussion of how to write Community Impact Statements and Recommendations for City Council.
2. Discussion of NC Community Services participation at the following Events:
Saturday, March 21, 2026 – Disaster Preparedness Fair at Pierce College 10am-3pm
Saturday, Aprill 11, 2026 – Earth Day Event at Tarzana Recreation Center TBD
Saturday, May 2, 2026 – Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Festival at Pierce College 10am-3pm
3. Plans for a WHWCNC Newsletter – what should be included in the newsletter.
4. Committee Plans for 2026/2027.
5. New Business – to be discussed at the next committee meeting.
