Pursuant to the Warner Center Specific Plan Area, an administrative clearance for the proposed partial
demolition of an existing surface parking lot for the construction, use and maintenance of a new one
story 5,883 SF commercial retail building on an approximately 42,494 SF lot. The building pn the eastern
portion of the lot will be retained.
5. ZA-2019-5817-CUB; 20021 Ventura Blvd, WH 91364
A conditional use permit to allow the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption only, in conjunction
with an existing 2,613 SF food market with a gas station and car wash, with the hours of operation being
24 hours a day, 7 days a week and alcohol sales from 6:00 am to 2:00 am, 7 days a week.

Request is to subdivide a single lot into three lots for a small Lot Development consisting of three homes.
The property has one existing single family residence which will be demolished.
