The WHWCNC Environmental Committee meets on the 4th Monday of the month, next meeting on 8-27-18

Stakeholders and the public are permitted to address the Committee on any item on the Agenda prior to the Committee taking action on said item.
It is requested speakers complete a “Speaker Card” and hand it to the Chair. Comments from Stakeholders and the Public on Agenda items will be
heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction on other matters not
appearing on the Agenda will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public Comment is limited to 20 minutes. Each speaker is limited to
two minutes, unless waived by the presiding officer of the Committee.
Opinions, positions or actions taken by the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council do not represent or imply similar opinions held
by the Owner, Landlord, L.A.U.S.D, Business or representatives of any venue hosting a meeting of the Council Board, or Committee.

1. Continuation of discussion of public health effects of glyphosate (Roundup) in public parks. Council
file CF 16-0651.
2. Discussion of issues at Warner Park
3. Discussion of Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance
4. Discussion of goals of the Environmental Committee and topics for future meetings
The agenda may be revised prior to the meeting to add further items for discussion
Announcement: DEADLINE APPROACHING on the public comment period on the Westfield Promenade
2035 Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR). Our opportunity to have comments included
expires at 4pm on July 26, 2018. The Draft SEIR is available at the Dept of City Planning’s website at
https://planning.lacity.org
(click on the “Environmental Review” tab on the left-hand side, then “Draft EIR,” and click on the Project title).
