1.0 Affordable and Workforce Housing Requirements for Warner Center
Discussion and possible action regarding a City Council motion to add affordable housing requirements in the Warner Center 2035 Specific Plan.

2.0 Changes to the Warner Center 2035 Plan when it comes up for 5-year review.
Suggestions and discussion of what areas and details of the plan the committee should review to subsequently propose recommended modifications where the plan is not working as intended.
3.0 Proposed Ventura-Caheunga Boulevards Corridor Specific Plan Review
Discussion and possible action regarding Board Support for one or more options submitted by City Planning is response to a City Council motion to consider proposed updates to the Specific Plan. Ref: City Council file 17-1071.
