Stakeholders and the public are permitted to address the Committee on any item on the Agenda prior to Committee actions on said item. It is requested speakers complete a “Speaker Card” and hand it to the Chair. Comments from Stakeholders and the Public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction on other matters not appearing on the Agenda will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public Comment is limited to 20 minutes. Each speaker is limited to two minutes, unless waived by the presiding officer of the Committee. Continued discussion with possible action on submitting a NC Board resolution to CD3 to move actions within the city to institute a process where development projects are certified as completed and maintained with respect to what was actually approved.
Discussion with possible action recommending the City Council of Los Angeles support or not support the revised State Senate Bill 50 which it has previously opposed.

Discussion and possible action regarding support or non-support regarding the City Planning Commission’s Amendments to the November 22, 2019 City Planning draft of a Vacation Rental Ordinance.
Amendments to the draft are summarized as:
Capping the number of vacation units available for short-term rentals at 1% of the city’s available units, and 1% in each geographic area (using Community Plan areas instead of census tracts).
Discussion and possible action regarding support or non-support of the October 2018 Draft of the Restaurant Beverage Ordinance that will streamlines the issuance over the counter for Conditional Use Beverage Permit for restaurants in Los Angeles.
