Stakeholders and the public are permitted to address the Committee on any item on the Agenda prior to Committee actions on said item. It is requested speakers complete a “Speaker Card” and hand it to the Chair. Comments from Stakeholders and the Public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction on other matters not appearing on the Agenda will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public Comment is limited to 20 minutes. Each speaker is limited to two minutes, unless waived by the presiding officer of the Committee. Discussion with possible action on advising the NC Board to approve a resolution requesting CD3 to move actions within the city to institute a process where development projects are certified as completed and maintained with respect to what was actually approved.
Request for the Board to contribute $250 from the WHIP budget line toward the Valley Alliance of Neighborhood Councils’ Spring Mixer to be held on March 12, 2020.
