Neighborhood Councils are your local area elected representatives. These volunteers work with your City Council member and City staff to advocate on behalf of your community regarding everything from beautification to public safety to planning & land use and more. ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE:
Stakeholder who is at least 18 years old at the time of the election and lives, works, owns a business, or is a member of – or participates in – a community based organization within the area*. Voter must provide documentation supporting eligibility. Elections are overseen by the Office of the City Clerk.
*The “area” refers to the Board Seat(s) for which the stakeholder is voting. In the case of this election, elections are being held for representatives of Areas 1, 3, 5 & 7 – click here for the area boundaries.
