Significant items for discussion are below:
- Discussion and possible motion on planning cases ENV-2024-4894-EAF, CPC-2024-4893-DB-SPPC-HCA. 19923 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91364. The applicant proposes a new mixed-use with residential over commercial: A 54-unit 6 story building with 1st floor parking and 1,249.8 SF commercial over one level of subterranean parking. Project provides (6) low-income apartments. Density bonus case requesting (3) off menu incentives:
- Additional height from 30 feet to 76’3″ feet, a 154.5% increase.
- Increase in FAR from 1:1 to 4.69 :1, a 369% increase.
- Reduction of LAMC required parking from 89 spaces to 37 spaces and also two waivers:
- waiver of transitional height via Specific Plan Sec. 7 (E) (1) (f) to exceed 30 feet without setback and
- waiver of Specific Plan lot coverage Sec.7B(2) from 60% to 88%.
