- 6245 N. Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 – A proposed conditional use permit to allow the sale of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a proposed 34,923 square foot supermarket having the hours of 6:00 am to 2:00 am in a C2-1 zone.
- 4671 Bedel Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 – A proposed development of a single-family home on a substandard unimproved hillside street.
