Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 – A mixed-use elder care development with 1,269,592 square feet of floor area including 566 independent living units, 129 guest rooms providing memory care, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as well as restaurant and retail use on 17.62 acres.
• 6245 N. Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 – A proposed conditional use permit to allow the sale of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a proposed 34,923 square foot supermarket having the hours of 6:00 am to 2:00 am in a C2-1 zone.
• 4671 Bedel Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 – A proposed development of a single-family home on a substandard unimproved hillside street.
