Governance Committee Meeting

1. Pursuant to Article V Section 6 of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws – Motion to confirm that Tim Root meets the qualifications for a vacant Area 7 position. 
2. Discussion and review of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council, including a discussion of potential changes and process to change Bylaws.
