Governance Commitee

1. Consideration of various means to restructure or modify Neighborhood Council agendas to balance regular business with presentations that have stakeholders present to provide feedback. Items to consider include enforcing public speaking time limits, debate limits, avoiding discussion of items raised during public comment, reading resolutions by title only, re-ordering the agenda to provide items of high stakeholder interest to the front of the agenda, and other ideas that arise from the discussion during the committee meeting.
