Councilmember Blumenfield will discuss a variety of topics including the homelessness crisis, recreational marijuana, the Re-imagine Ventura Boulevard project, Airbnb and short-term rentals, street vending, revision of the Ventura-Cahuenga Corridor Specific Plan, the Westfield Promenade 2035 Plan and RecycLA.
