Special Governance Committee Meeting

The Governance Committee will hold a special meeting to confirm qualifications for candidates for vacant neighborhood council Board seats. The full agenda can be found here: NC Governance Committee 20190627

PLEASE NOTE: The Governance Committee confirms that the candidates meet the qualifications of the seat as outlined in the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws as described in Article V (https://empowerla.org/whwcnc/). Candidates who meet the qualifications will be presented to the full Board for a vote for consideration to appoint to the vacant seat.

• Pursuant to Article V Section 6 of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws – Motion to confirm that Dena Weiss meets the qualifications for a vacant Area 4 position. 

• Pursuant to Article V Section 6 of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws – Motion to confirm that Martin Lipkin meets the qualifications for a vacant Area 4 position. 

• Pursuant to Article V Section 6 of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws – Motion to confirm that William Leventhal meets the qualifications for a vacant Area 4 position.  

• Pursuant to Article V Section 6 of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws – Motion to confirm that Tamara Johnson meets the qualifications for a vacant Area 1 position.
