Woodland Hills Impacts and Policies Committee Special Meeting
at Fire Station 84 on March 9,2017 from 6:30pm to 9:00 PM. Agenda will include:
1.0 WC 2035 Plan Implementation Status Issues
1.1 Continued review, discussion and possible action regarding the various requirements stated in the WC 2035 related to methods of implementation and the City’s current record of follow through. Also, how the WHWC Neighborhood Council can participate in any process determined to improve said follow through.
Issues will include the status of transportation mitigations, mobility fees, and the implementation of a local bus/ rail circulator (per Section 7). Additional issues will be the status of the formation of a Neighborhood Protection Committee (per Section 8), a Cultural Amenities Committee (per Section 9), and a Plan Implementation Board (per Section 10).
2.0 Discussion and possible action regarding The Home Sharing Ordinance. New information will be provided by Committee Member Stephen Naczinski.
Discussions will include the WC 2035 Plan Implementation Measure Status of Required Committees and Boards and Traffic Mitigations. The Neighborhood Protection Committee, the Implementation Entity, and the Cultural Arts Committee will be part of the discussion.
