VIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING and PHONE NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
In conformity with the GovernorGovernor’s Executive Order N 29 20 (MARCH 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID 19,
Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council meetings will be conducted entirely telephonically.
Every
person wishing to address the NC Committee must either dial +1 669 90 0 6833 or go online via Zoom,
and enter Zoom Webinar ID No. 930 6239 0507 to join or, if joining telephonically, press to join the
meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the
meeting. When cal ling in telephonically, t he public is requested to dial * when prompted by the presiding
officer, to address the Committee on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Zoom
users should use the “raise hand” feature.

Discussion OR Discussion and Possible Action: Funding Request to support Taft Educational Arts Foundation, T.E.A.F Taft Charter High School Band and Color Guard needs financial support for next year. Because of the pandemic, we have not been able to fundraise, yet we still have expenses to keep our program competitive and engaging. We are looking for a donation to use for buses next year, supplies for program, music coaches or for sheet music.
