Stakeholders and the public are permitted to address the Council on any item on the Agenda prior to the Board taking
action on said item. It is requested speakers complete a “Speaker Card” and hand it to the Chair. Comments from
Stakeholders and the Public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered.
Comments within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction on other matters not appearing on the Agenda will be heard
during the Public Comment period. Public Comment is limited to 20 minutes. Each speaker is limited to two minutes,
unless waived by the presiding officer of the Council.
Opinions, positions or actions taken by the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council do not
represent or imply similar opinions held by the Owner, Landlord, L.A.U.S.D, or representatives of any venue
hosting a meeting of the Neighborhood Council Board, or Committee.

Discussion and Possible Action:
Presentation from Warren Holden, Chair of Tarzana NC Public Safety Committee regarding our support and
funding of a proposed public safety forum to be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 9am – 3pm in the
Promenade Mall parking lot. The funding request is for and shall not exceed $2,000.

Meeting dates for the rest of the academic year:
For the upcoming 2012/2013 academic year the proposed Board meeting dates are: October 9, 2013,
November 13, 2013, December 11, 2013, January 8, 2014, February 12, 2014, March 12, 2014, April 9, 2014,
May 14, 2014, June 11, 2014.
September to June meetings will be tentatively held at Woodland Hills Academy, Multi-Purpose Room
(“MPR”), 20800 Burbank Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 at 6:30 p.m. July and August 2014 meetings
are to be held at a venue to be determined at a later date.
