The DeSoto / Burbank Master Plan Project being developed by Adler Realty Investments on 24+ acres of land at the corner of DeSoto Ave. and Burbank Blvd. will replace 12 existing low rise office buildings with a mix of apartment buildings, condos, a hotel and commercial/office buildings that are scheduled for completion near 2035.

When the project reaches its final build-out, there would be approximately 1,029 multi-family residential units, including168 condos, 228 hotel rooms over 1.25 million square feet of commercial, office and retail space. At completion, the site would have 10 new buildings that would rise from a single story in height up to 24 stories for the largest structure.

March 29, 2018 Meeting: the Burbank DeSoto Master Plan project that includes phased demolition of existing buildings for the construction of a multi-phased, master-planned mixed-use development containing residential, office, hotel, and restaurant/retail uses. This meeting will focus on an overview of the project and its proposed uses, project density, building massing, and site design including vehicle and pedestrian circulation and public open space.
