VIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING
VIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
In conformity with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020) and due to concerns over
COVID-19, the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council meeting will be conducted entirely telephonically.
Every person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 669 900 6833, and enter Webinar
ID: 856 8717 1590 and then press # to join the meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment
will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by
the presiding committee member, to address the Committee on any agenda item before the committee
takes an action on an item.
Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered.
Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board’s jurisdiction
will be heard during the General Public Comment period. Please note that under the Brown Act, the
Board is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment
period; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board
meeting. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the
Boars. Public Comment is limited to 15 minutes total per item.

CUB to allow the sale of a full line of alcohol for on-site consumption in conjunction with a new 1,566 SF restaurant with 39 interior seats and a 398 SF patio with 26 seats. Hours of operation: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily.

Demolition of existing uses for the construction of a new seven story mixed use development
containing 244 dwelling units including 61 work live units and a total of non residential 50550

Review of motion and possible action.
Construction of a phased mixed-use development comprised of two mixed-use buildings with 852 dwelling units and a commercial building with a hotel. Project proposes 1,154,178 SF of floor area for a 3:01 floor area ratio. Present use: commercial; Proposed use: Apartments, work-live, retail, hotel. Action requested: Parcel map to subdivide the site into three ground lots; 2 project Permit Compliance Review for a phased, unified mixed-use development within the Warner Center Specific Plan, Downtown District.

The committee will discuss the status of currently outstanding cases and assignment of new cases for consideration at future meetings.
