VIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

In conformity with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID-19, the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council meeting will be conducted entirely telephonically.

Every person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 669 900 6833, and enter Webinar ID: 872 5999 0633  and then press # to join the meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9, when prompted by the presiding committee member, to address the Committee on any agenda item before the committee takes an action on an item.

Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board’s jurisdiction will be heard during the General Public Comment period.   Please note that under the Brown Act, the Board is prevented from acting on a matter that you bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however, the issue raised by a member of the public may become the subject of a future Board meeting. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the Boars.  Public Comment is limited to 15 minutes total per item.

  5. Discussion and possible actions to review topics for the community meeting with City Planning on the Community Plan Update, including New Zones for replacing Estate and Agriculture.

Presentation of Comments from community consolidated by Henry Rice. Enumeration of topics to be requested from City Planning in its presentation.

  1. Possible follow-up discussion and action regarding CF-20-1044, city council proposing high value projects to skip the City Council PLUM committee.
    Discussion and possible action regarding a City Council Motion removing the PLUM committee from the approval process in order to mitigate lobbying/influence of PLUM members.
