Special Governance Committee Meeting

The Governance Committee will hold a special meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 5:45 pm to consider one item:
Pursuant to Article V Section 6 of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws – Motion to confirm that Dena Weiss meets the qualifications for a vacant Area 7 Board position.
The Governance Committee only verifies the candidate meets the requirements to run for the vacant seat for Area 7, which is not part of the current election. If the qualifications are confirmed, the full Board votes on whether to confirm the candidate for the vacant seat.
