- Review of New Cases to be placed on next meeting agenda, Review of Current Cases, and general committee business.
The committee will discuss the status of currently outstanding cases and assignment of new cases for consideration at future meetings. - Discussion on frequency of regular meetings.
The committee will consider whether to contain to have two regular meetings per month or reduce frequency to one meeting per month due to current planning case load. - Discussion and possible action to develop a committee mission statement.
