- Discussion and possible motion on planning cases ZA-2023-2170-ZAD; VTT-83927-HCA; ENV-2023-2172-EAF, 21011 5300 Oakdale Dr., Woodland Hills, CA 91364
The applicant is proposing to subdivide four existing parcels into 23 ground lots on a 612,868 square foot site, generally located at 5300 Oakdale Avenue at the northeast corner of Oakdale Avenue and Collier Street for the construction of 21, two-story homes with two lots, totaling 180,834 square feet, to be preserved as public space and will be dedicated in fee to a public agency (the “Preservation Parcels”).
- Discussion and possible motion on planning case ZA-2023-2536-MCUO, 5780 Canoga Ave., Woodland Hills, 91367. The applicant seeks a master CUB for the onsite sale and dispensing of a full-line of alcohol for on-site consumption in conjunction with five existing food service venues with outdoor seating. The hours of operation are proposed to be 6:00 am to 2:00 am daily.
