Governance Committee Special Teleconference Meeting

• Pursuant to Article V Section 6 of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws – Motion to confirm that Reina Cerros McCaughey meets the qualifications for a vacant Area 1 Board position.
• Review of Board member attendance and consideration of recommendation(s) to the full board to remove Board members for absences in compliance with WHWCNC Bylaws Article V, Section 7
• Review of Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaw related to abstentions and consideration of creation of a Standing Rule clarifying the application of the Bylaw.
