- APPROVAL OF MINUTES – April 1, 2024
- GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT – Comments from the public on non-agenda items that are within the WHWCNC’s Board jurisdiction and within the committee’s jurisdiction.
Each speaker will be allowed two (2) minute(s).
IV. AGENDA ITEMS
For discussion and possible action:
- One Generation Senior Symposium, May 18th event logistics. The Community Services
Committee (CS) will facilitate NC participation in this event.
- WHWCNC Toy Drive. The 21th Annual Motor4Toys Charity Car Show and Toy Drive.
NC purchase of a space/booth at the car show/toy drive.
- Possible new non-profits that can receive funding during the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025
- Discussion of issues in the community that may be addressed by the CS Committee
by having a Special Presentation or Forum.
- New Business – for discussion and possible action at the next committee meeting.
