AD HOC Committees
- Promenade 2035 AD HOC Committee
Special efforts that require the temporary formations of a committee are often required to achieve the goals of the Neighborhood Council. Examples of these committees are the Warner Center 2035 Committee and committees such as a Newsletter or other special purpose committee.

The Woodland Hills -Warner Center Neighborhood Council. (PLUM) Planning, Land Use and Mobility Committee Meeting will hear the developer presentation for a 4 phased proposed Project spanning 4 high rise buildings ranging in height from 42 stories to 34 stories with a total of 2,232,926 of floor area. The Project will consist of 100% affordable assisted living housing which will provide 3,458 shared housing units. 3,192 of which will serve project residents and 266 of which will be Manager units. The Project is located at 6366-6410 N. Canoga Avenue in Woodland Hills (the “Subject Property”), within the Downtown District of the Warner Center 2035 Plan (“WC 2035 Plan”) area.
