Governance Committee Meeting

The Governance Committee will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Major items to be discussed are below.

• Discussion and review of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Bylaws and Standing Rules and process to facilitate review of the proposed changes by the Board.
• Review of Board Member attendance and discussion of possible recommendation(s) to the Board to remove Board members pursuant to Article V, Section 7 of the Bylaws
• Discussion of process to establish a new regular meeting date for Board meetings.
