LAUSD Workforce Housing Initiative

LAUSD is exploring the potential development for affordable housing for its employees and families on LAUSD district land.  They will be holding two virtual meetings on November 1st.  These meetings are open to the public to learn about the nine district properties under consideration, the process for the Request of Expressions for Interest (REI), and next steps in the process.

We Need Your Voice!

The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) is hosting a public housing forum on October 28, 2023 at Los Angeles City College as an opportunity for community and key stakeholders to give input and hear about LACCD’s potential development of student and/or workforce housing (including LA Pierce College).

This forum will provide and solicit insights into LACCD’s housing needs and policy, key considerations and information on the District’s assessment of the housing delivery methods for construction and operations.
