Proposed Commercial Cannabis Signage Ordinance

Dear Stakeholders,

The Department of City Planning has released the proposed Commercial Cannabis Signage Ordinance, which would establish restrictions on advertising of cannabis and cannabis products on signs in the City. The text of the draft ordinance, along with a Questions & Answers document containing more information, can be viewed by clicking the buttons.

           

The draft ordinance is scheduled for consideration by the City Planning Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 14, 2017. All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and offer testimony on the draft ordinance. An agenda will be posted approximately one week before the meeting at https://planning.lacity.gov under “Commissions and Hearings.”
