Community Impact Statement on 14-04366-S5Â Submitted on July 12, 2017.
We strongly support a regional coordinated approach for regulation, planning, enforcement, and monitoring prior to licensing commercial operations. In addition, based on the experiences in Colorado and Washington State, we have a number of concerns relating to public safety (DUI, First Responder resources, etc) that we have submitted, along with recommendations, in the attached Community Impact Statement.
