Agenda Items: Stakeholders and the public are permitted to address the committee on any item on the agenda prior to the Committee taking action on the said item, and they are requested to complete a “Speaker Card” and hand it to the Chair. Comments from the stakeholders and the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered.
Non-Agenda Items: Comments on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. Please complete a “Speaker Card” and hand to the Chair. Public Comment is limited to 15 minutes. Each speaker is limited to two minutes.

2. Public Comment: on matters of committee jurisdiction not on the agenda. (Limited to a maximum of 10 minutes total, 2 minutes per speaker unless extended by the Chair)
Roll call
1. Albert Saur’s proposal on allowing alternates to sit for absent Board Members.
2. Wording for sections starting to finish at Article II we wish to change.
Remember there is a list of Items that cannot be changed due to City requirements

4. Standing rules Section
5. Members Could use Word Document to make changes on the Bylaws and use strike outs and bold letters to make the changes so members could see what and how the changes will appear.
