Please attend a Senior Scam Stopper seminar that Senator Fran Pavley will be hosting on Friday, March 8th in West Hills. The event will consist of a panel of representatives from various agencies to speak about scams that are targeting seniors and how they can avoid falling prey to them.

Topanga Canyon Blvd At Erwin in the former Shelly’s Stereo Facility
Consideration with possible action re: Proposed on-site sale of Beer and Wine in conjunction with a 2,723 Sq. Ft. restaurant having a total of 146 seats. with 68 being on an outdoor patio.
Proposed hours of operation 11 am to 10 pm seven days a week
399 parking spaces are required. 422 are provided. It is in an enterprise zone.
The committee voted to recommend the approval of the request, which will be forwarded to the full board at the February 13th meeting. The committee required that there be no bar service and that a video surveillance system be installed to monitor alcohol sales.
