The 21th Annual Motor4Toys Charity Car Show and\n\nToy Drive. NC purchase of a space/booth at the car show/toy drive. Dena Weiss will provide a car. \nSunday December 8th from 7am to 11am. The significant item is below and the full agenda can be viewed here: November 7\, 2024 PLUM Agenda. \n\nDiscussion and possible motion on planning cases ENV-2024-4894-EAF\, CPC-2024-4893-DB-SPPC-HCA. 19923 Ventura Blvd.\, Woodland Hills\, CA 91364. The applicant proposes a new mixed-use with residential over commercial: A 54-unit 6 story building with 1st floor parking and 1\,249.8 SF commercial over one level of subterranean parking. Project provides (6) low-income apartments.
