Research and provide a written plan for a Community Improvement Project to improve Warner Center Park. The Plan will be discussed \nwith the CD3 Council office and Parks and Recreation. CD 3 is working with the WHWCNC and \nthe neighbors who live near the park. \n  \n\nCS Committee articles/updates for the NC Newsletter.\n\n  \n\nUpdate on Holiday Lights on Ventura Blvd.\n\n  \n\nHow to write a Community Impact Statement.\n\nSee attached document. \n  \n\nReminder/placeholder- WHWCNC Toy Drive. The 21th Annual Motor4Toys Charity Car Show and\n\nToy Drive. NC purchase of a space/booth at the car show/toy drive.
