The 21th Annual Motor4Toys Charity Car Show and Toy Drive.\n\nNC purchase of a space/booth at the car show/toy drive. \n  \n\nDiscussion related to installing water fountains\, more lights and general improvements to\n\nWarner Center Park. \n  \n\nDiscussion of issues in the community that may be addressed by the CS Committee\n\nby having a Special Presentation/Forum or a Community Improvement Project. Public comment is limited to 1 minutes per speaker\, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the GOVCOM. \n  \n SB 411 Updates: \nIn the event of a disruption that prevents the GOVCOM from broadcasting the meeting to members of the public using the call-in option or internet-based service option\, or in the event of a disruption within the GOVCOM control that prevents members of the public from offering public comments using the call-in option or internet-based service option\, the GOVCOM shall take no further action on items appearing on the meeting agenda until public access to the meeting via the call-in option or internet-based service option is restored.
