The Project will include 270\,387 square feet of Floor Area\, inclusive of 4\,045 square feet of ground floor commercial uses. The Project is seeking a Project Permit Compliance Review and two off-menu density bonus incentives and will restrict 10% of the base density affordable to very low-income Households.
