Collins Street\, Woodland Hills\, 91367\nChange from current 6 bed Residential Detox Program to 12 bed Residential Detox Program.\nConsideration of additional standard condition on development motions.\n\nProposed new standard condition:\nFURTHER: The Woodland Hills Warner Center PLUM Committee requires that the project owner and/or tenants maintain the property in a clean and neat condition throughout the per- and post- development process including\, removal of all weeds\, trim bushes and trees\, provide and maintain security fencing\, promptly remove graffiti\, and maintain the adjacent public sidewalks\, and tree wells. Should the owner fail to maintain the property as agreed\, the WHWC Neighborhood Council shall notify the owner and responsible parties of the condition of the property.
