Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9\, when prompted by the presiding officer\, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Zoom users should use the “raise hand” feature.\nAB 361 Updates: Public comment cannot be required to be submitted in advance of the meeting\, only real-time\npublic comment is required. If there are any broadcasting interruptions that prevent the public from observing or hearing the meeting\, the meeting must be recessed or adjourned. CONTINUING DISCUSSION REGARDING NPG FOR WH PARK\nUpdate about NPG and Lee Marks about the NC donating to the WH Park. Although the bench program is stopped\, investigation into other NPG such as the book trolley.\n6. LAWN SIGNS\nDiscussion about design and cost.\n7. BANNERS\nContinued discussion from last November and possible motions to approve : $3-5\,000 for additional banners along Ventura Blvd in the existing location but on the side of the street that has few banners. Also\, motion to approve $750 to have banners at existing location for another year from September 2022-Setember 2023. That amount is for maintenance and checking the integrity of all existing banners.\n8. COMMUNITY CLEAN UP PROJECTS\nContinuing discussion about cleaning up areas and also how to add plants to sidewalks we clean up. Plan of action?\n9. New business for next meeting.\n10. Report on current activities in the community.\nAdjournment of Meeting:\nThe next Committee Meeting will be held on March 7\, 2022\, by teleconference.
