Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. Confirmation regarding the NPG FOR WEST VALLEY FOOD PANTRY\nConfirmation that the Motion for the board to approve a NPG for $\,1000.00 for the West Valley Food Pantry from the Budget line item NPG General Fund was made last meeting. If not\, a motion will be made. The Food Pantry provides food and meals to all members of the community who may be experiencing food insecurity\, especially during the winter and holiday season.\n7. Update about Lee Marks about the NC donating to the WH Park. Although the bench program is stopped\, investigation into other NPG.\n8. Update about B.I.D discussions.\n9. Partnering with Sean for city clean ups.\n10. New business for next year?\n11. Report on current activities in the community.\nAdjournment of Meeting:\nThe next Committee Meeting will be held on January 3\, 2021\, by teleconference.
