Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9\, when prompted by the presiding officer\, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. HOLIDAY CHEER. Discussion about possible partnering with the Chamber for Christmas decorations along Ventura Blvd. Continued discussion about making our area festive and budget for purchases.\n4. LETTER TO BLUMENFIELD:\nMotion for the board to approve a recommendation/letter to be sent to Councilmember Blumemfield to install bicycle racks in Woodland Hills and Warner Center where needed. Survey to be conducted by the NC Area reps for their area.\n5. WEBINARS. Revisiting the webinars idea for the community on items that are important in each area. Community outreach would be involved.\n6. HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE. Continued discussion.\n7. New Business\, committee member requests and stakeholder requests to be reviewed at the next meeting.\n8. Community Services Requests for the Council office – List to be sent to representative Veronica Vos/ Time Glick / Seth Samuels.\n9.
