DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nAGENDA – COMMUNITY OUTREACH COMMITTEE MEETING \nMonday\, August 23\, 2021 at 6:30pm  \nVIRTUAL MEETING BY TELECONFERENCE \nClick For Agenda \nVIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING and PHONE NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION \nIn conformity with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (MARCH 17\, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID-19\, the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council meetings will be conducted entirely telephonically. \nEvery person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 669 900 6833 and enter Zoom ID No. 876-7396-0528 and then press # to join the meeting. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9\, when prompted by the presiding officer\, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an action on an item. Zoom users should use the “raise hand” feature. \n  \nA copy of this agenda is also physically posted on the outside of the window of the West Valley Warner Center Chamber located at 6101 Owensmouth Street\, Ste 2330\, Woodland Hills\, CA 91367. The Chamber is located  \nat the Promenade Mall outside the east entrance of the mall and to the left of Ruth Chris Restaurant.  \nThe Chamber office is accessed from Owensmouth Street. We also need a committee member to enter new email addresses into the CC database\n\n  \n\nDiscuss coordination with Dena Weiss and Community Services Committee plans to publicize a possible Halloween event and other Community Services events\n\n  \n\nKathleen-Discussion of Social Media calendar and content development. Discuss social media posting rules and assign moderation duties.\n\n  \n\nDiscussion-Website updates to committee and PLUM pages.
