West Valley-Warner Center Chamber of Commerce Community Benefit Foundation Presents the 16th Annual Grateful Hearts – a fundraiser for our local first responders. Funds generated from this community event help provide essential items for firefighters and officers which are not covered by City budgets. It will be similar to other sites owned and       operated by the buyer\, Comparable Property\, which operates the Pierce Brothers Memorial Park in Westlake Village\, Pierce Brothers Valhalla in North Hollywood and Pierce Brothers Westwood Village. Anthony Lampe is the marketing director for Dignity Memorial\, who will be taking over       the land.  Per the Warner Center News\, according to the City of Los Angeles\, no additional zoning approvals are required for cemetery use\, so there is not expected to be significant\, if any\, public      input in this process. \n\n3. Case No. ZA-2023-2926-ZAA-HCA\, lot split located at 23139 W. Collins Street.\n\n  \nTwo Hearings related to this case have already been conducted by City Planning. \nThis is an update on those hearings.  The PLUM Committee and the WHWCNC previously \nsubmitted a recommendation denying the lot split. \n  \n\n   NEW Case – New Verizon Wireless Telecommunications Facility “Archwood” WTF on                                           Parking Structure at 21725Victory Blvd. Canoga Park\, Westfield Topanga Mall.\n\n             \n              Request by City Planning for the NC to review the installation. \n  \n\n  NEW Case – Wisteria at Warner Center\, 5490\, 5500\, 5600 N.
