Instructions on how to sign up for public comment\nwill be given to listeners at the start of the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9\, when prompted by\nthe presiding committee member\, to address the Committee on any agenda item before the committee\ntakes an action on an item.\nComments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being considered.\nComments from the public on other matters not appearing on the agenda that are within the Board’s jurisdiction\nwill be heard during the General Public Comment period. Action requested: Parcel map to subdivide the site into three ground lots; 2 project Permit Compliance Review for a phased\, unified mixed-use development within the Warner Center Specific Plan\, Downtown District.\n8.
