It will be similar to other sites owned and       operated by the buyer\, Comparable Property\, which operates the Pierce Brothers Memorial Park in Westlake Village\, Pierce Brothers Valhalla in North Hollywood and Pierce Brothers Westwood Village. Anthony Lampe is the marketing director for Dignity Memorial\, who will be taking over       the land.  Per the Warner Center News\, according to the City of Los Angeles\, no additional zoning approvals are required for cemetery use\, so there is not expected to be significant\, if any\, public      input in this process. \n\n3.
