DESCRIPTION:Special Meeting due to the Holiday on Monday \nAGENDA – SPECIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING\nWednesday\, January 20\, 2021 – 6:30 pm \nClick For Special Agenda\nVIRTUAL MEETING BY TELECONFERENCE\nVIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCING and PHONE NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION\nIn conformity with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (MARCH 17\, 2020) and due to concerns\nover COVID-19\, the Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council (WHWCNC) meetings will\nbe conducted entirely telephonically.\nEvery person wishing to address the Neighborhood Council must dial +1 669 900 6833 and enter Zoom\nID No. 913 8232 9763 and then press # to join the meeting. The public is requested to dial *9\, when\nprompted by the presiding officer\, to address the Board on any agenda item before the Board takes an\naction on an item. Instructions on how to sign up for public comment will be given to listeners at the\nstart of the meeting.\nPUBLIC INPUT AT NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL MEETINGS:\nComment on Agenda Items: Comments from the public on agenda items will be heard only when the\nrespective item is being considered.\nComment on Items Not on the Agenda: Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the\nagenda that are within the WHWCNC Board jurisdiction will be heard during the General Public Comment\nperiod. Please note that under the Brown Act\, the Board is prevented from discussing and acting on or a matter\nyou bring to its attention during the General Public Comment period; however\, the issue raised by a member of\nthe public may become the subject of a future Board meeting.\nDue to zoom teleconference which allows greater public comments at meetings; Public Comment is limited to\none minute per speaker\, unless adjusted by the presiding officer of the meeting.\nAGENDA\nCall to Order\nAttendance Roll Call\nGeneral Public Comment Period for the public (on items not on the agenda):\nPublic comment is limited to (20) minutes.\n__________________________________________________________________________________________\nItems for discussion and possible action:\n1.
