Emmanuel Hernandez’ role is to help clients from LADWP find resources to reduce their utility bills. This is critical if a stakeholder is behind on a bill\, or has a life-support device in their home and needs reduced payments\, or is elderly and may qualify for discounts towards their utility bills. Emanuel will explain what programs there may be available to stakeholders.\n6. CONTINUING DISCUSSION REGARDING NPG FOR WH PARK\nUpdate about NPG and Lee Marks about the NC donating to the WH Park. Although the bench program is stopped\, investigation into other NPG such as the book trolley.\n7. COMMUNITY CLEAN UP PROJECTS\nEARTH DAY PROJECT\, April 23rd – Saturday from 8-10am participation. See email attachment from Jill Mather. Discussion about joining this.\nDiscussion with Sean. and timeline and ideas for action.\n8. LAWN SIGNS\nDiscussion about design\n9. NON PROFIT FAIR\nContinued discussion about the type of event we want to put on and who with\n10. BANNERS\nContinued discussion from last November and possible motion to approve $5\,000 for additional banners along Ventura Blvd in the existing location.\n11. New business for next meeting.\n12. HOLIDAY CHEER. Revisit stringing lights and cheerful holiday ideas to elevate community spirit along Ventura Blvd. Check how existing ones are doing. Think about buying more / brighter lights? This will help to bring state of the art technologies to Warner Center that will position Warner Center as a technological hub for decades to come\, expanding business opportunities and building on Warner Center’s legacy as a place of innovation.
