Motion to approve $2500 for the annual WHWCNC Booth at the Valley Cultural Foundation\nSummer Concert Season. $2500 is the least cost for a booth for 10 concerts and July 4th\nFireworks which will also include a tent\, two chairs\, (3) NC parking passes\, WHWCNC sugnage\non VCF promotional materials and one Sunday for the NC to appear on stage to address the stakeholders.\nMotion presented by Karen DiBiase.\nJoyce Fletcher will leave the room and recuse herself from this discussion and vote as she\nis Secretary of the VCF.\n3.
