Rams Village at Warner Center.\nParking at 6100 Oxnard Street. \n  \n\nMotion to approve funding for one or more of the following items in support of Fire Station 84.\n\nAt the request of Community Services Committee Chairperson Joyce Fletcher\, the Fire Station \nprovided the following list of items they need. \n  \n-Dyson Cordless Vacuum for our upstairs from Costco (Amazon $600) \n-JBL Party Box Speaker for our gym and apparatus floor (Amazon $600) \n-Gift card to Cook’sDirect.com to purchase new pots and pans \n-Gift cards to Home Depot or Harbor Freight to purchase tools for the station \n-Commercial Hoover Backpack Vacuum from Home Depot (Amazon $600) \n  \n\nDiscussion related to securing a historical designation for the American Legion Hall as it was              once a horse stable and then a makeup room at the Warner Brothers Studio in Woodland Hills.\n\nIn 1951 the building was personally donated by Harry Warner and moved to its current location. \nDiscussion includes a NPG for American Legion Hall with previously approved $500 funding \nfor a project. Julian \n  \n\nUpdate on Letter of Recommendation to be sent to Councilmember Blumenfiled related to\n\nrequest for the City Council to adopt an ordinance that includes the following standards that are \nrequired for Marijuana Dispensaries. \nThose standards include forbidding minors from entering the premises\, ensuring that each location \nis not within a 1\,000-foot radius of a school or within a 600-foot radius of a public park\, public library\,            religious institution\, childcare facility\, youth center\, alcoholism/ drug abuse recovery or treatment             facility\, among other restrictions. \n  \n\nNew Business – to be discussed at the next committee meeting.\n\n  \n  ADJOURNMENT\nAs a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act\, the City of Los Angeles does not discriminate on the basis of disability and upon request will provide reasonable accommodation to ensure equal access to its programs\, services\, and activities.
