(2 minutes)\n\nPublic comment per item on the agenda. (2 minutes) \n  \nIV.            AGENDA ITEMS\n  \nFor discussion and possible action: \n  \n\nDiscussion related to obtaining permanent Holiday Lights and Decorations for Ventura Blvd\n\nin Woodland Hills to be installed each year during the Holiday Season \nDiscussed how each committee member can help with the process. \n  \n\nDiscussion of committee goals for 2024/2025.\n\nCommittee member reports related to discussions with Ventura Blvd. BID Directors about \nhow they obtained holiday lights and their costs. \nThe committee goal is to have decorations resolved no later than August 2025. \nHow the committee will obtain support from local businesses in the form of decorating \ntheir business store fronts. How the Chamber and NC will sponsor a Holiday Award for \nbest decorations. \n  \n\nDiscussion related to developing a standard set of questions for obtaining information\n\nso\, the ad hoc committee asks key questions when gathering information. \nThis would help us gather consistent information across all communications to inform our \n2025 planning and ensure we collect comparable data about funding\, implementation\, and \nlogistics. \n  \n\nDiscussion about whether to meet in person\, on zoom or both.\n\n  \n\nNew Business – for discussion and possible action at the next committee meeting.\n\n  \n  \nADJOURNMENT\nAs a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act\, the City of Los Angeles does         not discriminate on the basis of disability and upon request will provide reasonable accommodation           to ensure equal access to its programs\, services\, and activities.
