It is requested speakers complete a \u201cSpeaker Card\u201d and hand it to the<br \/>\nChair. Comments from Stakeholders on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being<br \/>\nconsidered. Comments within the Committee\u2019s subject matter jurisdiction not appearing on the Agenda will<br \/>\nbe heard during the Public Comment period.
